How we make money
Last updated: 14 October 2026
GoNewGames is free to use, and you pay nothing extra because of us. Here is, in plain terms, where the money can come from and what it does and does not change on the site.
Affiliate links
Many stores run affiliate programmes. If you click a link to a store on GNG and then buy, the store or its affiliate network can pay us a small commission. The price you pay is exactly the same as if you had gone to the store yourself, and we do not add a markup.
We are still setting up these programmes, so at the moment many links are plain links to the store. As they go live, links that can earn us a commission are covered by the "AD" label next to "Buy now" buttons and by the affiliate notice in the footer of every page.
Partner script
Our affiliate network, Impact.com, offers an optional measurement script. We load it only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie settings. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. More in the Privacy Policy.
Advertising and sponsorship
We may show sponsored placements or advertising in the future. If we do, they will be labelled "Sponsored" or "AD" and kept apart from the regular listings. At the moment no display advertising network runs on the site.
What money does not change
- The prices you see. We show the store's price. We do not inflate it and we do not hide cheaper options on purpose.
- What is listed. Games appear because they are new, upcoming, popular or discounted according to public data, not because someone paid. A paid placement is always labelled.
- Ratings and descriptions. They come from public sources and are not sold.
We are a price guide, not a guarantee. A store may have a lower price that we do not track, and prices change between our checks, so compare before you pay.
