Relaxing cyberpunk diorama builder set in rain-soaked backstreets. You stack buildings, thread alleyways between them and fill your scene with props and citizens, from a single building to a whole neighborhood corner. Rooftops can get antennae and garden plots, neon signs add atmosphere, and you can zoom in and out to adjust the level of detail. There are no timers. Happy Volcano made it for PC.
