You acquire land, demolish homes and build parking lots, flat or stacked in the air with 3D construction tools, while hundreds of vehicles and citizens move in real time. Pro-car propaganda such as billboards and statues changes how residents think, and protesters push back. It is a single-player PC game in Early Access, released on October 9, 2026.
